For many years now, Forestdale Hotels has offered Christmas and New Year Breaks at many of its hotels across the country. Many of our hotels offer quiet relaxing breaks away from it all, including the tranquil surroundings of the New Forest at the Lyndhurst Park Hotel for your festive break. You should also consider a Christmas party in the Cotswolds at the Stratton House amongst others. Alternatively, a New Year city break would be ideal to give you the chance to party! For example, why not enjoy a stay in the historic city of Bath at the Pratt's Hotel or maybe stay at the Arnos Manor Hotel in Bristol.

Our Christmas holiday breaks at Forestdale Hotels provide 3 and 4 night packages starting from £450 per person. Both of our packages include a welcome drinks reception ensuring your festive break gets off to a great start. Also enjoy wine with dinner each evening leading up to the big day where a traditional Christmas Day lunch will be served. Your Christmas break doesn't end there however as we also provide a trip to a top Christmas Panto to enjoy with your party. To complete each night of your break, Forestdale provides top quality evening entertainment at all its hotels to ensure your festive celebrations are fully fulfilled for the duration of your stay.

New Year breaks at Forestdale Hotels are provided in 2 and 3 night packages starting from £205 per person. As with our package Christmas break deals you'll be greeted on arrival with a welcome drinks reception to ensure your New Year celebrations commence as soon as you arrive. Dinner is provided on each night of your stay with the big event of New Years Eve being made memorable with a grand gala dinner for all our guests. Entertainment is provided throughout the duration of your New Year break ensuring the final hours of the year and the first moments of the next are truly memorable.

With the exception of Blackwell Grange Hotel, Burley Manor Hotel and Winchester Royal Hotel, all our hotels have single rooms for which there is no additional charge. Double or twin rooms for single occupancy have a supplement of £50 per room per night for the Christmas and New Year Packages.

At Forestdale Hotels, we understand how expensive festive breaks can be, so this year our child prices include children up to the age of 16.

Our St Nicholas Breaks include three course dinner, accommodation in a standard room and full English breakfast, and are available for 1, 2 or 3 night stays from 27th - 29th December 2008.

1. Provisional reservations - please telephone the hotel of your choice or our Central Reservations to make your reservation, rooms will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
2. To confirm your reservation please complete, sign and return the reservation form together with the appropriate deposit of £100 per person.We reserve the right to release the accommodation if booking forms are not received within 7 days.
3. The final balance of your package is due prior to 1st November 2008. If you are paying by credit card, please note that the final amount will be automatically charged to your card on that date.
4. All reservations made after 1st November 2008 must be fully prepaid at the time of booking.

Information & Programme Changes

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this brochure, please note that Forestdale Hotels cannot accept responsibility for changes in the programme which are beyond our control. In the unlikely event of any programme not meeting the minimum number of people (15) Forestdale Hotels guarantees to the client to offer either an alternative programme in another destination or a full refund.Where wine is included in the package we serve half a bottle, per person, of our excellent house wine with a choice of red or white.

Booking Conditions

Deposits and Payments: Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposit of £100 per person. Final payment must be received prior to 1st November 2008. Any reservations made after this date must be fully pre-paid at time of booking. It is your responsibility to adhere to deposits, final payments or full prepayments. Whilst we will endeavour to collect these monies, should they fail to be sent in time, you will lose your reservation and monies paid. Please note that monies paid are non-refundable.

Guaranteed Prices: Christmas and New Year holiday prices are guaranteed for the duration of the brochure, unless there is a change in the rate ofVAT which is currently 17.5%.

Dress Code

In all the hotels, dress code is smart casual. In some cases, fancy dress is optional for dinners. At Ardsley House Hotel, Lyndhurst Park Hotel, Winchester Royal Hotel, Carrington House and Pratt's Hotel for the New Year's Eve parties, ladies are requested to wear evening dresses and gentlemen are requested to wear DJs.
